Nikandros Stylianou did not make to the final. With 4.95 he was 13th over 21 athletes. The weather was windy. Many athletes did not manage to control the wind and their performances were lower than their p.b. Nikandros started at 4.95 (he cleared this height with the first attempt) but at 5.10 he was not concentrated! The pole was too soft and when he changed the wind did not allow him to make the vault! So the U23 European Championships for Nikandros … ended today!
